[x-posted to platform/developers groups] Can applications be limited to use certain area of the screen ?
eg : ---------------------------- | | | blank | | | | ------------------------ | | | | my app | | | --------------------------- for example, I want to mandate application to use only bottom half of the screen? but the application need not know this !!
