Agreed. There are IDEs for tablets, photo editors and so on for Android, but I personally fell lost without a mouse to do many things, mostly for image editing (to create 9-patch files for instance). More than that, there's the problem of creating layouts. Of course, most of it you can create on code, but some parts it's better do it in a UI design.
