My app is currently in beta testing and a Nexus 4 user running Android 4.2.1 is reporting the same thing. When scrolling the ListView, it products visual artifacts (screenshots posted here: http://forums.androidcentral.com/android-applications/206430-music-player-remix-public-beta-now-open-6.html#post2416112 ).
No one else has reported this. I've run the app on the Android 4.2 emulator and have not seen it.
