I just updated to the SDK tools 21.0.1 and ADT 21.0.1.v201212060256-543035. This killed my project: I started getting a pre-compiler fail on every build, with no explanation.
After MUCH trial and error, I found that deleting a file called "LICENSE" from my source tree fixes it -- BUT ONLY AFTER RESTARTING ECLIPSE. Hitting F5 and clean-building doesn't do it.
