I do not know of any microprocessor whose cache can be deliberately emptied 
at a user-code level.

Certainly nothing in Java has access to anything so low level.

I doubt it's even possible. So many processes are running in any Android 
device that they 
will always be driving the processor. Furthermore, any emptying of the 
cache must be 
extremely momentary. The next instruction would start filling it again.

Pretty much the only way to empty the processor cache is to turn off the 
device completely, 
e.g., remove the battery. Would that serve your purpose?
