Android does not have -- by default -- any facility for handling
Powerpoint files. This will require:
 - The user have some player that plays powerpoint files installed.
 - You get a library which converts powerpoint to some format you can display
 - You use some web based service to handle the transformation (I.e.,
send them to a Google Docs page.)
