I have an AlertDialog with some controls. As the text changes in one of the EditView controls, I launch an AsyncTask to do some background work and then post the results in a different UI control.
Is it possible byt the time the AlertDialog finishes that the AlertDialog is closed - i.e. ui control no longer valid.
