Thanks for the reply.

I checked and there's a check mark next to everything under Android 4.2, 4.1, 
4.03, 4.0, 2.3.3. I downloaded them all again but still don't see anything but 
4.2 in Virtual Device Manager! Could there be some issue with paths? How would 
I fix this?

In Android SDK Manager expand each node in the list and make sure you have the 
AVD images installed for each version.
