Yes I can see my device. regarding the device file, it is in decimal, which I've head is the correct way. I've check the values with the output of the application and after a conversion hexadecimal to decimal it's a match.
Right now,I'm starting to thing the issue may be the usb.host permission. Do you now if i'm missing something?
