Who should my company contact with, to talk about possibility of creating custom Android apps like GTalk or Play Store. We are about to build Android powered multimedia system for big automotive corporation. The demand is to provide videoconferencing (GTalk app fits perfectly) and independent apps market (Play Store app + Google Play private channel seems to be great solution for us). Is there anyone we could talk to discuss possibility of cooperation? Please help, because this is quite confusing who we should contact first.
