Here is an example of how to use the TimePickerDialog:

@Override
protected void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
setContentView(R.layout.activity_main);
* TimePickerDialog dialog = new TimePickerDialog(this, null, 0, 0, false);*
* dialog.show();*
}
