It seems to be 4.2 only. I tested in the emulator 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2 and happened only on 4.2.
As mentioned, concerning devices, I have only 4.2, where it happens. I'm using Google maps api (the emulators have to be configured to use this instead of "plain" 4.x), but I think it's not relevant for this. Am Montag, 18.
