You want the app to be able to be transfered, installed and executed, don't you? That means that it has to be read each step. That means you always can decompile it, can't you?
So no, this can't be done, but you can make it harder to understand the code with good obscuring programs that rename methods etc. You could develop another compiler the decompiler has problems with.
