I have implemented overscroll feature on ExpandableListView using this LINK<http://jasonfry.co.uk/blog/android-overscroll-revisited/> and i can only see over scrolling behavior of List when i expand any child of the group in the ExpandableListView. I want it to over scroll the list if it is not expanded also.can anyone have any guess to achieve this?
