Hi! I develop apps for Android and distribute them through Google Play. I've not received a payment for my app sales through Google Checkout since January 2nd, 2013. Yes, you read that right, January! I'm based in Austria and I know that some payments for European based developers were delayed... but when WILL I be paid? Up until then, I've been payed regularly each month...
