I am an android developer. This is not a development related query, its a terms and privacy policy related query.
1. I have seen a lots of Wallpaper, Image based Quiz app in google apps store. Some of Wallpaper apps have 50,000+ images. So it can be said, all the images are not from the same source. How they maintain the copyright lawn of the images they collected and using (both pain and free apps). 2. If I want to make an Wallpaper Application, or some application that uses images form various sources (may be blog or some photo storage site, those are public) what should I have to do to make my app legal? 3. Is all RSS Feed are allowed to use by all? I mean, is there any restriction or copyright law to use RSS Feed. I can see a lots of site provide RSS Feed. Is there is any restriction to use these RSS Feed (specially news feed), from where I can get the description of the rules.
