Do you meant Logcat? cause the Console is pretty much useless in eclipse in eclipse when it comes to Android development... the only thing it is good for is noticing errors with file names and problems installing the app. If you meant Logcat and it stopped showing new information from the device/emulator, you need to select the device again in the Devices window (and make sure the device is marked as Online.. if it is not, reconnect it to the USB port to jump start it )
