Hello, I am experiencing a strange issue with one of my customers. Their Android phone does not download updates from the google play store.
They have PlayStore app configured to "Auto-update apps at any time." However, even though the new update is online it would not install it for some reason. I am noticing on my own phone that some applications are not auto-updating either. I have the same setting "Auto-update apps at any time." set but there are a few apps (YouTube, TeleNav GPS, Expedia app, etc.) that show up under "Manual Updates" in the play store app and would not update automatically.
