Ok, I made a silly mistake. I thought that JDK was installed when it was not. OpenJDK-JRE was installed, but not OpenJDK-JDK. I was able to install after realizing this error on my part. I'm leaving this out here in case someone runs into the same problem. Double check that you do in fact have JDK installed.
