Just to be sure... open the Eclipse Console and do a Clean on the project.. 
see if there are any errors showing during the build (these do not show in 
the Problems view)
Sometimes something very stupid (like having capital letters in resource 
names) causes the entire build to fail, but the project to still compile 
and run (with incorrect resources).
