My app uses GPS and won't be installed on apps without it. Camera apps require a camera and can't be installed on those without one. Etc, etc. The number of user that have a smartphone and don't have an SD card when the device supports it probably hovers around zero, so this is not likely to be a huge impact on you in the long run.
