As a humble start you could tell us what you tried to do and why exactly it 
doesn't work (error messages etc.). Also be careful with PHP related online 
tutorials. A lot of beginners provide you with material who do not grasp 
basic concepts of code / SQL injection and hardening your web service. 
Maybe you should find a professional PHP developer who codes that for you. 
Shouldn't take too long to implement.
