1) What exactly does FEATURE_APP_WIDGETS mean? Does it indicate the presence of the appwidget service, or does it indicate whether the device ships with a launcher that uses appwidgets? If a launcher embeds appwidgets, should it require this feature, or is it only for the actual widgets?
2) Are we encouraged to add these features to our manifests yet?
