I would assume that you must have done something wrong if not for the fact that AdMob blocked me when I *wasn't even showing ads". I had not even used my Admob account since July 2010, and was just logging in to see if I could get it going for a future app. I was locked out for invalid clicks. I'm sure whatever clicks they were were invalid, since I didn't have any valid ones. It is not in their nature to ask first. I was not even notified until I tried to log in.
