I see this occasionally as well when I've been working in Eclipse for lots of hours at a stretch. Sometimes Eclipse just seems to loose it's head, so here's my work around:
1. quit eclipse. 2. disconnect devices. 3. get coffee ... perhaps lunch Then restart everything.
