We have a MainActivity with a Layout that is switched to a Fragment using a sliding menu. We do the switch using the following code:
FragmentTransaction tx = FragmentManager.beginTransaction(); tx.replace(R.id.MainContent, mContent, MAIN_CONTENT_FRAGMENT_KEY); tx.addToBackStack(null); tx.commit(); Seems fine most of the time but sometimes we notice that the layout/views sometimes gets corrupted like the screenshots below (the sliding menu should be black and there should be a text beside the icons, The white page should be a whole new page and is a whole fragment but in this case is just showing as white): <https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-dvAn0vdXXEU/UlRQ94Q1qTI/AAAAAAAAAik/76OARRoDfoE/s1600/bad_layout_2.png><https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-rW4R-ogsHL8/UlRRCxod8gI/AAAAAAAAAis/9heBaImcw-Q/s1600/bad_layout.png> What could be causing these issues to appear? We first thought this was something to do with a listview we have inside a ViewFlipper and we had to set the android:cacheColorHint="#00000000" This seems to make the issue appear less but it still intermittently happens. Any ideas on what the cause is? Thanks in advance for any info or help. Regards, DoubleCheese -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
