I had the same reply. They were basically the ones that contacted me to 
submit the app and person there even said they would try to fast track the 
app into the store. I worked on improving the app for a week especially in 
preparation for it being included in the edu store. Then suddenly they send 
its not K-12 content, it doesn't make sense since the app is valid under 
maths category.
