Thanks Larry, I'm both glad and disappointed that I'm not just missing something. I switched from IDEA to Eclipse more than a decade ago, so things are somewhat different now.
In Eclipse I'm used to working on multiple projects at once, even if its just a library i need to modify across multiple instance of the same project (e.g. free version, paid version). I'm finding it a bit maddening that I have to have multiple windows, but it's still mostly workable.
