1. Try to start Eclipse on the command line with the -clean switch 2. Remove .metadata/.plugins from your workspace 3. Remove .metadata/ 4. Reinstall Eclipse (Use the standard version, not the JEE one if you can)
Try 1-4 until you succeed. I'm having the same issue occasionally, on top of this Eclipse deadlocks multiple times a day. Working with Eclipse is getting more and more painful.
