i need to translate my app into different languages, but i'm befuddled by google play's app translation service. it's pathetic how little information google offers about this service. what's the difference between the "translate" and "translate and review" options, besides price? google play presents several different companies to choose from, but i have no idea which is best. does anyone have a recommendation? is there a better service to use besides google play?
