Yes and yes.

As i wrote before I'm getting the admin actiivation prompt from the OS
and then the admin features work.

But the app is on listed on the administrators page.

I'm trying to do a comparison between what i'm doing and the
DeviceAdmin module in API Demo - and so far looks quite similar.
