Hang on, I am grateful too. You sounded like "I'm grateful as opposed to people like Stoyan" which can't be farther from the truth. I'm not going to kiss asses though - when my user or developer experience with the device is not satisfactory I just say so. Things like "works for me", "can't repro", etc. don't work here - I am a developer as well and know that if one bug has manifested even *once* on a single device then the bug is *there*, and will reappear, it's not like "the device is probably screwed" or something.
