I've recently published an application and I am getting hammered with e-mails and calls that some users get "The item you were attempting to purchase could not be found" after clicking Install.
The developer console contains one "Active" APK in "Production" and nothing in Alpha or Beta. Some users are reporting the error "The item you were attempting to purchase could not be found" on the device, others are not having any trouble. where other users with the same device are seeing "This app is compatible with all of your devices." Some users are reporting that the web console says "This app is incompatible with all of your devices." Anyone have any idea what I should do?
