Is this the idea?

        int widthSpec = MeasureSpec.UNSPECIFIED;
        int heightSpec = MeasureSpec.UNSPECIFIED;
        mContentView.measure(widthSpec, heightSpec);

        int W = mContentView.getMeasuredWidth();
        int H = mContentView.getMeasuredHeight();

Doing that, I get actual values for width and height, which is good.
