HI Nathan. I am also facing similar kind of problem. few days back i had updated adt bundle from 22.6.3 to 22.3 after updating it saying adt plugin needs to be updated whenever i'm trying to updating adt plugin it is not updating. without updating i was unable to access android sdk so i have downloaded new adt bundle that is only gave me solution
