I have a ScrollView which fills the screen, within a RelativeLayout. Positioned over this are a series of transparent Views placed in each corner as "hotspots". Their only purpose is to capture tap/click events.
However, I do not see how I can let dragging events be passed onto the underlying ScrollView. This is needed as these hotspots are large.
