Android can use GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSPA for cellular Internet access, and Android applications can access the network using regular Java TCP/IP sockets. (Infrastructure-mode) 802.11 is also supported when available. Is that what you had in mind, or were you asking about wireless connectivity between two nearby handsets? -- Jon --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
