Hi, Tried with the new SDK, emulator doesn't work, dies with messages like:
.... init: untracked pid 49 exited init: critical process 'servicemanager' exited 4 times in 4 minutes; rebooting into recovery mode Restarting system with command 'recovery'. I just installed the previous SDK, android-sdk-linux_x86-1.0_r2, and it works fine. I'm running Debian/unstable with a .29-RC4 kernel that I've hacked at a bit, so nothing is standard about my system, but it is curious that the old version works fine. Dual-core AMD 64-bit. Tried various options to emulator, but didn't get any useful info out of it. Look forward to when 1.1 works on my laptop. Works great on my G1, good upgrade.
