Hi All, I have put up a screenshot of the problem I am facing. I would like to remove the bar on the top of the screen ( circled in blue). The screenshot link is http://www.flickr.com/photos/30049...@n07/3277135030/ . I am not sure what the name of that part of the UI is :) hence the screenshot. I noticed that in the examples given here ( http://developer.android.com/guide/tutorials/views/index.html) the tabWidgett doesnt have the "bar" either. Same is with contacts app (as shown in the screenshot).
Can someone point me to info which details this.
