Hello, I'm frequently asked from customers "why is my device not supported by your app"? I know possible reasons are API level not supported, uses-feature not supported etc... but can Google Play provide the exact conditions that are not met? For instance, can I determine somehow that unknown device X is not supported because feature Y is not supported on X? I see the list of devices marked as supported or not supported, but any way to find the reason? Sometimes it is difficult to find the reason even by looking at the device specifications. Thanks.
