Hi I am trying to make a speech enhancement app for real time voice call wherein the incoming speech during a voice call has to be captured and processed prior to listening.Which means I have to incorporate my app into the voice call app of the phone. I want to know whether this is possible or not. whether I will get permission to access the speech signal during voice call to process it and then output it for the listener. Please help me...
