Hello, I was working on an application that download Facebook videos. when i submit it to google play i get an email that my app was suspended due to Intellectual property: https://support.google.com/googl... <https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/2985822> I read the guideline that google provide about this and i didn't see anything related to my case since my app doesn't violent any rules in this guideline, also there is few app that have the same concept of my app in the store, so i didn't know what is exactly the problem.(i didn't think that is related to Facebook since they accept my app from there side when i applied to get Facebook permission for my app, like "user_likes" and "user_videos"). Anyway i submit an appeal to google support describing my case, and they reply with this:
Thank you for reaching out to the Google Play team. > We appreciate the opportunity to review your appeal. Upon further > review, we've accepted your appeal and have conditionally reinstated your > app. > You will need to log in to your Google Play Developer Console within > seven days to submit a compliant update. To prevent future removal, be sure > to thoroughly review your update for compliance with Google Play > Intellectual property guidelines. You can find more information in the > initial enforcement notification from Google Play. They give me another chance to edit the app, but its still confusing! what should i edit: description, screenshot, logos? My application store listing info are the following: ***Title: > Download Video From Facebook ***Short Description: > DVF: Download videos from Facebook with one-click for free. ***Description: > With this application you can download videos from Facebook directly to > your phone gallery. > > You can watch and download videos you find scrolling down in your Facebook > news feeds in “News Feed Videos” section. Additionally, you can also view > and download any videos posted by your liked Facebook pages in “My Liked > Pages” section. > > When you download video, you can share it with your friends (via Whatsapp, > Facebook, Instagram, etc..) directly from the app "Download" section. > > We also added some of the most Viral Facebook pages in the section “Public > viral videos”; so you can check out a huge collection of funny and crazy > videos and download them to your gallery by just one click. > > This app provides also a new feature that makes it different from the > others; you can get "Notifications" from any Facebook page(s) you select > when a new video is posted. > > After login fort the first time, a message from Facebook will be displayed > saying that the app “will receive the following info: your public profile, > friend list, videos and likes.” Don't worry, that's how the application > identifies itself to Facebook, and once you accept this you will be able to > you the application. > This app doesn't collect nor transmit any of your data. > > If you have any question or issues, feel free to contact us via this email: > [email protected], bad ratings here doesn’t help us to solve issues. > > **This app uses the Facebook(TM) API and is not endorsed or certified by > Facebook. All Facebook(TM) logos and trademarks displayed on this app are > property of Facebook. Screenshots from the app that I post for listing: http://postimg.org/image/hmgy3n33p/ So any suggestion about what i should do in this case?
