Hello, Can I have Google Wallet account, if I'm 17 years old, I'm turning 18 in May and I have a Credit Card made on my name (with my parents warrant) I need Google Wallet to buy Google Play developer account, so if I can't have Google Wallet account, what should I do to buy Google Play developer account?
