I'm no lawyer, but I'm willing to bet that Livescore is a brand. Did you 
check with the appropriate Patents and Trademarks office? I notice that 
there is a registered trademark symbol ("®") next to the word "Livescore" 
on the livescores.com website. That's a pretty strong indicator that you 
are potentially violating their trademark, perhaps even in a way that makes 
you liable for damages, and that Google is absolutely right to block your 
app. Why not pick a name that isn't trademarked?
