Hi, Is it possible to have Google Play Developer Account and Merchant Account in different countries? The reason I ask is, I'm trying to help a friend who is from a country that doesn't support creation of the Merchant Account, while I'm in the country where this is possible. So, the idea was that he creates his Developer Account, I create Merchant Account which is linked with his Developer Account.
