Dear Members and Moderators,

As we know Google prohibits cancelling/deactivating/price changing of any
subscription, this rule seems a bit strange to me

Let say I have a subscription (with id=A) which I used in old version of my
app with price of $1/month.

Now I changed the model and created a new subscription (let say id=B) with
$1.5/month.

There is no active order currently under subscription A. And I want to
prevent any future order under subscription A (one of the reason may be my
overhead cost for the service increased).

But anyone using old version of my App can still order subscription A. For
example, I have around 30% users in google play using the old version, who
can just continue using the service at old cost.

Isn't it little unusual practice? Feels like I am selling $5 apple at the
price of $2 because once upon a time I offered them at that price. But in
real world price of anything is never constant, right?

What is your thought about this and is there anyway I can prevent this from
happening by any means?

Thanks
