Hi I live in Iran and when i try to access developers.android.com i get this message: "We're sorry, but this service is not available in your country." and not only android developers website but also some other google services like Google Code. This can't be due to US sanctions against Iran because the US lifted all sanctions against because of the nuclear deal. So why can't i access these services? I would very much appreciate a good answer to my question. Thank You!
