Hola buenas tardes alguien me puede explicar que al hacer la inscripción de desarrollador para publicar apps, tenia el dinero en la cuenta al enviar a cobra me dice que me forma de pago no sirve algo así y voy a mirar a mi cuenta y me descuentan por asesoría financiera 1 dolar, mi pregunta es cuando pueda volver a registrarme este dolar me lo tienen en cuenta gracias
