These applications may involve diverse platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools including, but not limited to, Hadoop, Teradata and Mainframe technologies. Responsibilities include Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Capacity/Availability Management, Application Monitoring, Service Analytics and Reporting, Production Governance, Triage, Change/Configuration Management, etc. May provide technical direction and system architecture advice for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but will lead production support activities, and direct the activities of teams related to special initiatives or operational improvement efforts.
