I was doing some searching, and found that it would be possible to extract
the .apk file of an installed app using the ADB.
My question is, would this be against the SDK terms to use this to backup
an app I did not write? From my understanding, you're legally allowed to
create a backup copy of copyrighted material. However, the terms might
change whether you're allowed to use the SDK for this purpose.
Thanks!
